Terms of Service

These terms govern all reservations made with Vanguard Executive Transfers Ltd under Transport for London (TFL) Private Hire Operator License standards.

1. Airport Waiting Time

All airport pickup reservations include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the moment the aircraft lands based on Flight Radar 24 telemetry. Additional waiting time is charged at standard hourly rates.

2. Cancellations & Amendments

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to cancellation charges.
