We collect personal details necessary to execute your pre-booked journey, including passenger name, contact phone number, flight telemetry numbers, and pickup/dropoff addresses. Telemetry data is shared securely with our dispatch engine to monitor live flight arrivals.

NDA & Confidentiality

All Vanguard chauffeurs execute binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Passenger conversations, onboard phone calls, and travel itineraries are held in strict confidence.
